Can you even believe that it is November?! The holiday season is nipping at our heals. Thanksgiving is next week... yes, next week!
When you think of the holidays how does it make you feel?
Does the stress of family gatherings and frantic gift shopping make you want to face plant into a bowl of mashed potatoes and not come out until New Year’s?
We all know that the holidays can be taxing to our health. Both physically and emotionally. The holiday season tends to be the busiest, sometimes chaotic, most joyous, and yummiest time of year. Does the thought of all of this have you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed before they have even begun? Are you finding yourself already worrying about the endless parade of treats and people that can leave you feeling tired, maybe a bit bloated and just flat out crappy? Are you wondering when you are going to have time for you? It’s important to remember, this is supposed to be a time for enjoying family, friends, food, drink and celebrations. Connection, togetherness and compassion for self.

I am starting a four-week group program “Stay Sane & Healthy Through the Holidays.” It begins the week of 11/27/17(day and time TBD). This will provide you with everything you need to make your health a priority this holiday season, regardless of the holiday rush, how many pies cross your path and the family gatherings that may be a little let’s say...triggering.
I will provide you with support, motivation, healthy alternatives, tips for keeping your sanity during the holidays, tools and strategies that teach you when and how to say no thank you to food, AND how to say yes, please and actually enjoy your indulgence, guilt-free. All of which will help you thrive through the holiday season.
Each week will be paired with a different doTERRA essential oil or oil blend to support you. I will send samples of these out to you.
This is a no worrying plan for navigating the holidays without deprivation or over-indulgence. And most importantly a whole lot of self-care.
