So you have been giving, giving and giving. Giving it your all for everyone and everything in your life for years. And now you are realizing that you feel exhausted. Drained. No energy for you or your life and the things you love to do.
This may sound a bit extreme, but think about it, when you read that, did you say to yourself “yup, I can relate to that.”
You may be the mother who is busy raising your children, or maybe they are grown and out of the house, but regardless, you raised them. Or perhaps you are the business women who is making things happen in her work. Maybe you are both. You are trying to balance it all. You maybe feeling that with all you have accomplished and are accomplishing you would feel better. But here you are feeling like you have been put through the ringer.
Some days, you feel like crawling back into bed and sleeping forever. And even when you do sleep, it never feels like enough.
You wonder what happened to the you who used to feel vibrant and in a sense... free. You wonder if this is just the way life is now.
STOP RIGHT THERE!
It doesn’t not have to go like this.
I talk to many women who have just settled into the “this is just the way it’s going to be now” mentality. They have in a sense given up on themselves. I am here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Don’t you want more for yourself? Are you one of those people who has given “your all” to everyone else, but somehow lost yourself in the process while your own health and wellbeing have deteriorated?
Do you feel like life has beaten you down, and there is no hope for you to ever feel great again or have the energy to love life and when we really look at it...love yourself again?
I want you to hear this one very important message…
YOU CAN turn your health around and get your mojo back.
You just need someone to take your hand and show you the way and guide you to reclaim your wellness.
Helping women improve their health, achieve their goals and transform their lives is what I do. I show my clients what steps to take to reclaim their health and wellness.
I understand why you would feel down, perhaps hopeless. Especially if a health condition is part of the picture. I have been there. I know what it feels like. I know what it looks like. I know that it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you have no energy or strength and everyday feels like a struggle to do just even the smallest things.
I have been where you are. My wake up call was my Lyme diagnosis. That was my brick wall. But even before that I suffered from adrenal fatigue, well to be honest, burnout. I was running myself into the ground.
The image I choose to use for this blog is me. A lot of times I use stock photos for my blog posts. I felt called to use this. This is me in the chair at my doctor’s office a little over 2 years ago. This was my home away from home in a sense. I felt like I lived there at times. My veins on the inside of my arms were so hardened from so many IV’s that we started going in on the other side. This is a just a small tiny glimpse of what hitting a brick wall looked like for me.
Sometimes our wake up call with a diagnosis is the best thing that can ever happen to us.
I understand what it is like to wake each morning wondering where and how you are going to muster the energy to get through the day.
Today, I am happy to say my life looks totally different. I am back. I have my life back. I have my health back. I have ME back.
All of my experiences have lead me to the work I am doing today.
I can help you make a comeback too.
If you have had enough of feeling lousy every day and feel that you just have to accept that this is” just the way it is now,” we need to talk.
I hope my words have made you stop and think about your current situation. Did any of this hit home for you? So much so that you want to start taking steps to turn things around, but you don’t know how and you don’t have a plan. I would love to speak with you and invite you to book a free discovery session with me at www.meegansciretto.com/discovery
It is never too late to turn things around. You have taken care of everything and everyone else for so long. Now it is time to take care of YOU.
Take good care~
